Beautiful hotel with spacious common areas and well-kept rooms. The proximity to the beach is a huge plus. Enjoyed free beach chairs and the sounds of the ocean from my room. The restaurant's food quality impressed me, especially the rib eye, but the pricing felt excessive for the salad portion size. Check-in took longer than expected due to limited staff at the front desk. The room also lacked some amenities such as complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi, which was a letdown. I experienced inconsistencies in service, particularly during dining, where wait times felt unnecessarily long despite plenty of empty tables. Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant, but improvements in dining service and room amenities would enhance the experience further.

The ladies at the front desk were fantastic, very accommodating as we walked in. The room was supposed to have an ocean view but really just had a glimpse, so leaning over the balcony gave you the full effect.

It was a bummer that there wasn't anything to munch on after 8 PM at the hotel. We had to dash to find food nearby since the only buffet option was in The Reserve. A menu choice would have added a nice touch.

i had a lovely stay at the westin. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. the beach attendant was super friendly and welcoming. the swimming pool area was great, with easy access to the bar and plenty of lounge chairs to relax and enjoy some music. the staff were consistently helpful, making our stay even better.
